Billing
We automatically bill the card on file each month recurring of your sign up day.
You can book your appointment any day and your special price will be automatically applied after your service.
If you choose your appointment earlier than your recurring day, your membership will be charge on the day of your appointment.
If we are not able to process your card, we will contact you and ask for a new card.
If we do not receive a response within the same week, your membership will be canceled. Memberships are not refundable.
By entering in this membership agreement you authorize Lavender Facial Bar to charge your card in the total amount of your membership fee. *Please note that we do not offer rollovers however you are allow to transfer your facial twice in a year.
Refunds are not available after the monthly payment has been made, and membership discounts cannot be applied.
