Working with me you will:

  • Gain tools to shop and prepare nutritionally balanced meals based on a whole foods, plant-based diet

In each one-on-one virtual session (via Zoom), we will work to explore your relationship with food and your overall health.

 

Contrary to a traditional nutritionist, I do not prescribe diets or give you a list of foods to eat and avoid.  As a health coach, I focus on adding in healthy routines and tips based on your preferences to naturally crowd out unhealthy foods and habits.

 

Together, we focus on the day-to-day lifestyle activities that affect your health like making time for movement, stress management, home cooking and meaningful relationships. 

 

With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions and routines based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences and resources.

I am a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a certified Yoga Teacher from the Yoga and Ayurveda Center. I also hold a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell.

    • Resources and straightforward handouts based on your specific situation to boost your overall understanding

    • Limited email support between sessions (for clarification purposes when necessary)

    • Ideal for those looking to jumpstart their health with weekly support and accountability along the way

  • 3-Month Executive Program | Bi-weekly 50-min. Sessions 

    • An intensive, three month coaching experience designed to transform your lifestyle 

    • Two 50-minute sessions per month for six months, which will include discussing your progress, recommendations, accountability and support

    • Personalized bi-weekly protocols and action planning designed for your unique needs

    • Resources and straightforward handouts based on your specific situation to boost your overall understanding

    • A variety of recipes, books, foods and other relevant materials

    • Unlimited email messaging and support 

    • Ideal for those who prefer long-term support to stay on track
