All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the hygienic and professional nature of skincare products, items cannot be returned once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photos of the damaged item, original packaging, and shipping label so we may review the claim. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Lavender Facial Bar reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.
